Day 18 We are back on Mars. Fortunately, nothing bad happened. Just everyone was preparing a surprise for Paul. Today is his birthday. All talks about the events on Phobos and Deimos, we decided to postpone for later. We needed to have some fun and relax after everything that happened to us. And we had fun. At first everyone congratulated Paul and wished all the best. Then we had a festive table and barbecue. You understand what a birthday without barbecue. We grilled kebabs on an electric grill. Then we met the Martian sunset and fired the fireworks. Then we flew over Mars on board the aircraft and it was wonderful. Then we returned to the ship and decided that it was time to relax. When everyone dispersed, I went to Paul. "How is your birthday? Do you like it?" I asked cheerfully. “Now when we are all safe I'm fine,” Paul admitted honestly. “Listen,” I looked around. We were alone, "That's what I thought. Why did we fly to Phobos? We lost the space vehicle there and almost ... did you understand?" “Jason said to explore,” Paul answered simply. "Yes? You think?" "What are you talking about there?" we heard the voice of Kelly. She and Mila left the cabin. "We just talking, but what are you doing here?" "We are celebrating or you guys don't notice it?" Kelly showed a bottle of vodka. "Wow, really. What about your head tomorrow?" "Fine. It will be tomorrow but today we have a party, ” Mila answered. “I see,” I looked at Paul. He shrugged. "Then we are with you." We drank some more and went to the cabins. When everyone fell asleep, Steven took his bag, packed some stuff and drove somewhere alone on the rover. In the morning he did not return. Moreover he also disconnected the radio. We had something to think about. He returned only in the evening. When we asked him where he was, he replied: “Out.” To the question: “Where?” Steven answered: “There.” We decided that his strange behavior was influenced by the events on the satellites of Mars. I also noticed that he was hiding something in his bag, but did not ask what it was. Maybe someone else also noticed, but did not say nothing either. We decided that if Steven wants, he will tell.
